Rund Um

The Rund Um is the largest sailing event on Lake Constance and takes place in Lindau. Every year, over 400 sailing boats compete to cover the challenging route across the lake as quickly as possible. The race is sailed once around Lake Constance, covering a distance of 100 kilometres for the large yachts and a shorter distance for the small yachts. The time limit is 24 hours. There will be a three-day programme of festivities for spectators on land: A maritime flea market, music, entertainment and good food and drink invite you to watch and linger. The regatta concludes with an award ceremony at 20:00 and a regatta party afterwards.
